2-Post Press

2-post press, also known as 2 column hydraulic press, is guided by quality graphite-impregnated self-lubricated bronze bushings, and two solid chrome-plated posts, which ensure the minimize deflection of the entire machine construction, as well as perfect precise bed-to-ram parallelism. Lexson’s 2-post press is well suited for applications which do not require side access to die or tooling, but a working area with wide left-right and narrow front-back, such as embossing, assembly, press fit and so on.

Since Lexson’s 2-post press features a compact 2-column frame construction which requires less footprint and frame steel, a 2-post press is often considered as a more cost-efficient solution than a 4-post press and C frame press.
