When it becomes cumbersome and difficult to load a part into a convention, vertically-acting press, especially with parts which either too long or too short to load in the vertical assembly press, the side-acting horizontal press is a best solution for this case. Lexson’s hydraulic horizontal press can be designed in the proper frame structure such as 4-post or 2-post according to the specific applications. The horizontal presses have a fixed bed and a movable plate, and a fully adjustable ram stroke.
