Product Description
The Lexson hot forming presses are specifically designed heated platen presses. They are ideal for compression molding 2.5D mobile phone screen protector, leather phone case and IMD films. These presses are also the must hot forming machine for IMD/IML industry to produce electrical control panel, such as control panel of the washing machine, TV remote and so on.
The hot forming press is featured with an electrical preheating platen which is integrated into the machine body between the bottom platen and moving platen. The preheating platen can be slid into the working area to heat up the material to a set heating temperature. Then the preheating platen slides backward and out of the working area, meanwhile, the moving platen presses down to force the material into contact with all mold area with a set dwell time to form the desired shape.
The metal guarding is bolted on left, right, and rear sides of the hot forming press, to ensure uniform distributed temperature, as well as safety operation. Lexson hot forming press can be offered with a 7 or 13 inch color HMI for freely setting pressing force, stroke, preheating time, temperature, dwell time. Data acquisition and storage for fast set up and easy operation.
